The Four Turnings of the Mind

So,this week, my friend and collegue of 4 days, Richard ,Died,

my Sister in Law , Alicia ,died and my friend and Collegue ,June ,died.

This happens, especially as we get older, friends and family pass.

All of the Three, Loved Life, were Courageous,Loved People &

Had a Great Sense of Humor. I cared for all of them, and count myself

Luck to have known them. I amsure the list will grow, that is Life.

Four Turnings of the Mind

1) Life is Precious, and Leisure Time ,Difficult to Come By.

2) Life is Ephemeral, it can Leave, !"SNAP!" Just Like That!

3) The Law of Karma, Cause and Effect, Rules, (Well Mostly)

4) Anything, Anything, Can Change,!"SNAP!" JUst Like That!

THisis a Tibetan Buddist Idea, has some Merit, keeps my priorities focused.
